Saucer has over 13 years of experience in the valuation of partial and 100.0% equity interests in privately held sole proprietorships, partnerships, “S” corporations, and “C” corporations for various purposes including management planning, federal estate and gift tax reporting, and employee stock ownership plans. Experience includes the valuation of various intangible assets.

He has over 26 years of experience in the valuation of commercial, specialized agricultural, residential, and industrial real estate. Properties appraised includes dairy farms, poultry farms, timber farms, feed mills, sawmills, landscape nurseries, industrial land, regional shopping centers, fast-food restaurants, potato farms, apartment complexes, office buildings, convenience stores, residential subdivisions, commercial waterfront properties, motels, warehouses, and retail stores.  Interests appraised include fee simple, partial interests, and leased fee.

He has over two years of experience as Appraisal Department Coordinator for Farm Credit of North Florida, ACA, an agricultural lender. Duties included business planning, budgeting, policy formulation, ordering, and reviewing appraisals.

For three years he was the  Chief Appraiser for the Columbia County Property Appraiser.  Duties included appraisal of all land in county, commercial appraisals, sales-assessed value ratio studies, preparation of appraisals for litigation, expert witness for appraisals in litigation, preparation of appraisals for Value Adjustment Board hearings, testimony in Value Adjustment Board hearings, and computer modeling.

He was  for  over two years as National Instructor for the International Association of Assessing Officers.
His teaching experience includes real estate appraisal courses and seminars.


He was a former National Instructor for the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers.
